| According to Chinese 《general code for civil architecture design》 GB50352-2005:when the height of the building is more than 100 m,both residential and public buildings are super high buildings.In recent years,with the requirement of higher buildings and improvement of structure performance,the number of super high-rise steel structure buildings with concrete core tube have gradually increased,this kind of high-rise structure can reduce the weight of the structure,and ensure the axial stress ability also effectively resist horizontal load,its appearance is abundant and varied,so it has a good application prospect.At present,construction technology of the high-rise steel structure is extensive and lack of rigorous and systematic analysis;In the construction process,construction departments install the steel structure only in accordance with the design drawings,instead of fully considering the change of the construction process of steel structure displacement and internal force.The installation process makes structural member stress and additional deformation,it will result in quality problems even security risks.Combined with East Tower of Zhenjiang Suning Plaza project,this article researches on the construction technology and optimization scheme based on construction process simulation of the high-rise steel structure,standardizes construction technology control,strengthens the construction process of steel structure installation of internal force and displacement control and optimization of construction scheme,improves the high-rise steel structure construction quality.The main research work completed in this paper is as follows:1.Based on field research and extensive literature review,it introduces the characteristics of the construction of super high-rise steel structure,combined with the existing construction condition analysis,analyzes the key technology of super high-rise steel structure construction,including the detailed design,factory production of components,the giant component installation,construction safety the operation platform and component connection technology.2.Through the contrast on calculation method of the simulation design stage and construction process,combined with simplified examples to verify the rationality of the simulation method,respectively,obtains preliminary overall displacement during construction of super high-rise steel structure;Based on construction process analysis,firstly,considering the concrete time-varying,puts forward optimization method for core layer leading steelframe;then,aim at the additional stress level for steel structure reinforcing structure of functional layer caused by a differential deformation,analyzes the delay connection optimization method of outrigger truss;finally,analyzes the super high inclined structure pre-emptive adjustment principle,the structure of inclined pre-emptive computed by iterative method,discusses the specific computation thought of forward iteration calculation method.3.Through East Tower of Zhenjiang Suning Plaza project,the construction process simulation scheme optimization based on field investigation is analyzed.The establishment of the East Tower of finite element model in Midas/Gen platform and the simulation analysis of construction process,the high-rise steel structure in the construction process of the stress and displacement lays the foundation for optimization,then optimizes the core leading steel frame layer,strengthening layer outriggers connection time delay preset and super high inclined column pre-emptive optimization and site monitoring respectively,verifies the effect of simulation analysis and optimization effect,proves the rationality of the optimization method. |
