Electronic governor is the inevitable product of the development of diesel engines,the most widely used is the digital electronic governor,Reliability is an important in dicator for evaluating the performance of electronic governors,Improve the reliability of the method of troubleshooting and fault tolerance,the most commonly used method to achieve fault tolerance is redundant,that is,by adding some "redundant" compone nts to the control system to improve the reliability of the system.Double machine fau It tolerance due to low design cost,simple method to achieve,high reliability and oth er advantages of the current redundant technology applications to achieve the most.Hot backup is a double machine fault-tolerant main way.So in order to improve the reliability of the electronic governor of the diesel engine and improve the usability of the electronic governor under typical fault conditions,we have developed a dual-m achine hot backup diesel engine electronic governor.We designed the component-level redundant Dual-machine hot backup electronic governor hardware including the main and auxiliary two controllers,dual-coil electromagnet actuator,two speed sensors and dual CAN redundant bus communication.We design of double machine operation and failover control strategy,according to Maxwell's electromagnetic field theory,the cont rol algorithm in the process of failover is designed to ensure that the actuator position is stable before and after switching and during switching,and the engine is stable du ring the switching process,to achieve the engine in the electronic governor typical fau It conditions continuous and stable operation.Based on Weichai Z6170 diesel engine with machine test,simulation of the perfo rmance of the switching control algorithm for fault speed sensor fault detection.The r esults show that the transient speed fluctuates by 2.5%and the settling time is less th an 1.5s during the switching of the two-machine control.The Speed performance to meet the diesel engine secondary power station speed performance indicators.
