In the design of power generation system of tidal current turbine,the floating carrier is simple in structure and low in cost.But the problems of floatingbody is easy to be influenced by ocean waves,in the rough sea condition,The turbine mounted on carrier shakes violently and is subjected to strong current shock,Mechanical structural damage may even occur at the stress concentration,the structure strength is very difficult to guarantee.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a kind of floating support structure,which can lift the turbine above the sea level when the sea state is bad.First of all,according to the design requirements,the overall design of the wire rope hoisting device is completed,and the key parameters of the general scheme are obtained.According to the characteristics of the actual sea state,the structural model and hydrodynamic model of the catamaran carrier are established by using the SESAM software GeniE module.Based on the three-dimensional potential flow theory,the frequency domain and time domain response of the carrier are solved in HyroD.A symmetrical rack locking device is designed,when the turbine is placed under the working position of power generation,it can be gapless fixed on the catamaran carrier;According to the Bets theory,the axial forces acting on the turbine under the combined action of heaving and pitching motion are calculated,the calculation shows that the time varying axial force acting on the turbine and the shaking of the carrier have the same period of motion;The dynamic equations of hydraulic turbine column are established,and the locking force and dynamic load characteristics of the locking device under the sway of the catamaran carrier are solved;A locking device,rack meshing geometry model is established in the UG,and imported into the ANSYS software,based on the sub model analysis method,the Von mise stress of the rack engagement under the limit conditions is solved.In the process of lifting operation,the periodic motion of the carrier leads to the dynamic load of the wire rope,and the wire rope is equivalent to the spring component,and the vibration model of the lifting system under the sway motion is established,the results show that the vibration amplitude of the system is very small,and the inertia force of the column of the hydraulic turbine with the sway motion is the key factor affecting the tension of the wire rope;Finally,in order to simulate the tension of the wire rope under the combined action of heave and roll motion,a dynamic model of hoisting system of wire rope hoist is set up,the feasibility of the lifting device under extreme sea conditions is verified by using different periods of motion as an incentive.
