Aiming at the problems of low design efficiency,difficult acquisition of optimal solution of the serial design mode of the underwater vehicle,this paper combines automatic and continuous analyze of resistance and structure with multidisciplinary design optimization.Based on parameterization,the design optimization of underwater vehicle is studied,which can provide reference for the overall design of the underwater vehicle.It is focused on the following work:1)The design of outline and pressure hull.Based on the references and relevant specifications,the design of outline and pressure hull are completed.The structure resistance and the strength and stability of the pressure hull are analyzed by the finite element software.Compared to the reference and the result of the specification checking,the errors of experimental results are small,which can verify the accuracy of the finite element calculation method.2)The realization of parametric modeling.Based on the Java and Python language,the parametric control and generation of the outline and pressure hull of the underwater vehicle are realized.Through changing the input parameters,the model is updated automatically,which can realize the automatic and continuous calculation of resistance and structure of the finite element software.Based on the Optimal Latin Hypercube,the approximation models of two disciplines are established to replace the time-consuming finite element calculation in the iterative computation.3)Optimization of resistance and structure.Through the single object optimization of the outline,the resistance is significantly reduced.Through the single object optimization and multi-objective optimization of the pressure hull,the limit load is increased and the maximum mesis is reduced simultaneously.And then the finite element calculation method is applied to the optimization of the two disciplines.The results show that the error between the approximation model and the finite element calculation method is small,which can prove that the model established in this paper satisfy the engineering requirements.4)The establishment of multidisciplinary design optimization framework.The underwater vehicle is divided into four disciplines:resistance,structure,buoyancy and weight.Based on multidisciplinary feasible method,the multidisciplinary design optimization framework is established,and the coupling relationship between disciplines is determined.Based on the optimization framework,the design of the underwater vehicle is found,and two prioritization schemes are obtained,in which the performance index of the four disciplines(resistance,structure,buoyancy and weight)are better than the initial scheme.And there are different advantages on objective function in the two schemes,so decision-makers can choose the better scheme according to specific needs.
