Automatic Identification System(AIS)is a technology used for identifying and intercommunicating between ships and ships,AIS has played an important role in ensuring maritime traffic safety.However,the location information of AIS is from the Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS).Once GNSS is unavailable,AIS will be paralyzed.AIS land-based positioning is a kind of independent positioning method based on AIS system,AIS ship stations positioning independently according to the signal of shore stations in order to avoid the threat of GNSS unreliable to the navigation safety of ships.Geographic Information System(GIS)technology is a spatial data management and Information analysis technology,In recent years,GIS application has been deeply applied to all walks of life,especially in the field of navigation,GIS development technology is of great significance for the research of maritime positioning technology and the informatization of ship navigation.The land-based positioning system based on AIS is a key research direction in the field of maritime navigation,in order to facilitate the simulation and verification of the key technology of AIS land-based positioning,therefore,this paper studies GIS development technology and AIS land-based positioning related technology,and designs the AIS land-based positioning information broadcast simulation platform based on ArcGIS Engine.A display platform for the s-57 chart is set up firstly,then,the real-time simulation of the information of the station location and the motion status of the ship is realized by the simulation of ship navigation status.In addition,take the China Northern Sea as an example,the route planning function based on A star algorithm is realized by establishing the route point database.The route planning function can provide the recommended route between ports to assist the simulation of ship tracks.Finally,the availability of simulation platform is verified by analyzing the AIS land-based positioning information and the data of planning route.The AIS land-based positioning information broadcasting simulation platform based on.NET development platform,and uses the ArcGIS Engine secondary development component,adopts C#programming language to development.The simulation platform includes man-machine interface,S-57 format electronic chart display,ship navigation path simulation,AIS land-based positioning information broadcast simulation,route planning and other functional modules,realize real-time simulative broadcast of the information of the AIS bank station and the motion state information of the ship.The simulation platform provides simulation and verification conditions for the research on the algorithm and theory of land-based positioning based on AIS.
