With the rapid development of social economy, the load of the electric is increasing and the structure of the Grid is becoming more complex, so we must improve the digitization and informatization of grid management. The development and application of GIS technology not only provide a new method and way for the modern management of power enterprise management, but also realize the digitization, visualization and virtualization of spatial information management. However, data structure of GIS is very complex, functions such as graphic, analysis, calculation are various, different electric power applications need different functions, traditional GIS software doesn't meet these needs because of the restrict of expansibility and cross-platform, building more kinds of GIS system will cause the waste of sources and the inconvenience of management.In this paper, we design Grid Integrated Information Platform based on ArcGIS aiming at building a unitive, open and expandable GIS application platforms. First, combining the situation of electrical enterprise, paper analyses GIS platform's needs in the aspect of business data and implementation technique. So, we raise the objective and designment of grid intergreted information management platform based on ArcGIS, reduce the design of software architecture, network architecture, systemic function and systemic database design in detail, elaborate the modeling process of business data such device, network, transformation and these business data's store method in oracle spatial. Second, from software architecture perspective, we expound detailedly the realization of Grid Integrated Information Platform from presentation layer, business logic layer, data manage layer and data layer. Especially, we realize the frame of main page in presentation layer, the show function of real time data in business logic layer, the analyses of shortest path, the analyses function of buffer zone and the authorization management in data manage layer. Finally, inform of the situation of platform application. We introduce the platform application used in traditional GIS, electricity parent drawing, data analysis of grid and systematic decision support.There are great open and expandability in this platform. It could meet the need of grid business. Besides, it not only realize the function of information sharing in grid production data and integrated management, but also improve the enterprise's management ability. |
