Due to the overload,impact,aging and other factors of bridge operation,the structural of bridges will be damaged and the long-term accumulation will be a catastrophic accident.So t he bridge safety evaluation which is one of the important economic means to ensure the safety and maintenance of the bridge has become the focus of the current research.According to the complexity of the factors affecting,this thesis presents a approach that named fuzzy compreh ensive evaluation principle to evaluate bridge in order to ensure safe use of bridge,which co mbined with the actual project of Cangzhou City SanLizhuang bridge safety monitoring engin eering.The bridge safety evaluation management system is developed by Web,remote data tr ansfer through GPRS and saved to the local database,and write a bridge safety evaluation ma nagement system combined with related evaluation theory and method and on-line monitoring data to be obtained for the bridge and safety evaluation,and achieve real-time online monitor ing and evaluation of early warning management of the bridge The main work of this thesis is as follows:First of all,in the analysis of existing reinforced concrete bridge on bridge safety defects and diseases affecting the degree on the basis of safety evaluation system to build bridges.According to the diversity of factors influencing the bridge safety and bridge is a complex system composed of several components,puts forward the fuzzy multiple index comprehensive evaluation combined with variable weight principle bridge safety assessment methods.Secondly,through the analysis of the component composition and diseases of the bridge,we choose to evaluate the factors influencing the actual observation,put the factors affecting the safety of bridge according to the specific category divided into several layers,and determine the various factors in each category possession weights.Calculating the thresholds of important indicators and reasonable dividing the grade of bridge assessment.Finally,combining with the above theoretical analysis and the various parts of the threshold,using Java language to develop the bridge safety assessment management system by B/S structure,creating the static system page,writing the database,programming background business logic for data transmission to ensure the safety of bridge assessment can call the data of each layer.The thesis has done a reasonable division of bridge level in the study of important factors that affect the system and the theory of security research,writing the bridge safety evaluation management system and then applying to the real project to evaluate the bridge effectively...
