With the development of economy,the progress of science,human use and development of water resources is increasing for the corresponding.Hydraulic structures especially the number of dams and the expansion is inevitable,but the dam frequently is not only a serious threat to the safety of people’s lives also hindered the sustainable development of social economy.The dam failure statistical analysis,earth rock dam most dam break accident occurred.This is not only because of earth rockfill dam in the world within the scope of the largest number of because of earth rock dam in the operation of external and internal conditions and external conditions with constant change.Built in the early earth rock dam due to the limitation of science and technology exist defects,on the other hand during the operation of the dam management mechanism is not perfect,the dam failure probability is increasing,directly affects the water conservancy project to play a benefit.Therefore,the research on engineering dam safety has been paid more and more attention.Currently for earth rock dam safety research focus in single mode,and is to analyze a few factors,without considering the link between the factors,comprehensive safety assessment research is less,also of dangerous reservoirs reinforcement effect nor relatively complete evaluation.Using a variety of evaluation methods,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge of a rockfill dam of safety assessment and accident risk research,also according to the research and analysis results of the earth rock dam of danger and reinforcement design.Finally,to danger removal and reinforcement scheme to make a scientific evaluation.The main research results are as follows:(1)in analyzing the impact factors of earth rockfill dam safety analysis based,according to the degree of risk the reservoir dam safety assessment guide "is not on the safety of the dam to make judgments were improved and developed index of earth rockfill dam of five grade division standard.(2)in this paper,the evaluation of earth rockfill dam safety uses a there is no need to determine the weight of catastrophe evaluation method,and the mutation evaluation method to evaluate the excessive concentration of this characteristic is improved,the improved after the catastrophe evaluation method,makes the evaluation results more in line with the objective reality.(3)from the angle of the concept of project risk of by means of fuzzy fault tree analysis of embankment dam failure probability of research and analysis,at the same time,the fuzzy gravity center method to identify easily lead to dam failure of weak links.(4)the quality of life index this index is applied to dam reinforcement reinforcement scheme decision-making,the dissertation constructs a danger of quality of life index based on reinforcement scheme evaluation model,for earth rock dam danger removal and reinforcement to provide the scientific basis.
