As an important unit of urban rail transit,operation of lines with safety,high efficiency and low cost has been attracting intensive interest.Efficacy ability in urban rail transit is acknowledged as a hot topic,which is evaluated by the comprehensive factors of effects,efficiency and effectiveness.However,for the reported research,the definition of efficacy ability has not get unified.And the line operation optimization from the view of efficacy ability is relatively rare.This paper defines the efficacy ability in the urban rail transit area.To optimize headways and dwell time,we build the efficacy ability based urban rail line group synergic control model.Besides,the model was calculated by the thought of dynamic programming,and the passenger control strategy was proposed.The specific contents are as follows:1.Definition of Efficacy ability and its computation methodAccording to the definition in the dictionary and other research fields,this part defines efficacy ability and puts forward to for indexes including passenger quantity,factor of load satisfaction,headway and unit consumption.The computation method of efficacy ability is proved by these indexes.2.Construction of urban rail line group synergic control modelThis part analyzes the operation processes of train group and passengers in line,proposes the relationship between trains and passengers and calculates the related notions.The urban rail line group synergic control model is built with maximum efficacy ability as object function,headways and dwell time as decision variables,safety and transport capacity as constraint conditions.3.Model algorithm and passenger control strategyTo get matrix improved,the stages division method in dynamic programming is introduced to calculate the model.And based on urban rail line group synergic control model,this part proposes the weight determining method of efficacy indexes in different periods and the passenger control strategy at passenger peak period.4.Application exampleAccording to the data of Line Yizhuang in Beijing subway at some working periods,this part uses the urban rail line group synergic control model to calculate the optimum efficacy ability under different passenger situations.Compared with the efficacy ability calculated by current timetable,this model performs obvious superiorities.
