In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, China's urban rail transit construction develops like a raging fire. Urban rail transit becomes an important tool to solve the problem of big city traffic congestion.In this context, how to properly develop urban rail transit Train Operation Plan to become a better use of rail transportation study this new public transport has an important significance for the city's transport services.In this paper, the traffic problem in Lanzhou City, and will be put into the construction of Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 2 as the object of study, Qualitative and quantitative methods is used, respectively study the train cross-road mode, the train marshalling plan, pairs of train.Firstly,this paper made a detailed explanation of urban rail transit, combined rail Train Operation Plan gave the definition of Urban Rail Transit Operation Plan; Secondly, Urban Rail Transit specified the basic principles and relevant content is analyzed, while a variety of factors affect urban rail transit Train Operation Plan were classified and analyzed; Next, from various aspects of population, GDP, geographical environment and other specific analysis of urban traffic situation of Lanzhou City, and used four-stage method and trend extrapolation method to predict the traffic of Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 2. Finally, a single objective programming model was built which regard urban rail transit operating company the lowest cost as the goal,and set the appropriate algorithm, from the train marshalling plan,the train cross-road mode, pairs of train of different operators established period of Lanzhou City Rail Transit Line 2 operation plan.The operation plan divided the full time period into peak hours and off-peak hours according to the passenger flow, respectively, developed a different program to open the line.
