| With the development of science and technology and highlights the importance of coastal defence,naval equipment has become an important direction to improve a lot of academic research.As an important auxiliary equipment of ship navigation,the chart course plot can not only display the ship or the target ship in real time,but also can be used for real-time plotting of the ship’s track and navigation mark on the chart.At present,although the chart course plot on a single target display has been very mature,but for the multi target display has not yet been achieved.So this article uses POV(Persistence of vision,visual persistence)improvement principle by the rotation of the motor to achieve the target of real-time display.First of all,this paper offers an overall design scheme for the new chart course plot according to the overall requirements and specific technical indicators The S3C6410 is used as its processor,the Linux as its operating system and the brushless DC motor as the actuator.Secondly,the medial axis-based optimized algorithm is designed to realize the multi-target display via multi-motor coordination.The algorithm enables the determination of the optimal solution,which is transformed from a random search to a search.By comparing the area coverage under different conditions,we can get the optimal filling scheme without getting into the local optimal solution.The feasibility of the algorithm is verified by simulation.Thirdly,in order to improve the display accuracy of the chart course plot,a double closed loop controller is designed for the actuator.The speed loop is design with fuzzy PI control;the current loop is design with PI control.In the simulation environment,the control effect of the speed and electromagnetic torque of the motor under no-load and load conditions is studied and compared with the PID control algorithm.The simulation results show that the algorithm has a good control effect on motor speed and torque control.At last,the hardware and software of the new type chart course plot are designed and realized.In the aspect of software,the transplantation of Linux and the design of PWM driver of motor are completed.In the aspect of hardware,the motor drive module is designed.The test module is built to test the working state,the speed and the pulse of the motor. |
