The electric bicycles are becoming more and more popular for convenience, the lower fare and other outstanding advantages. As it is not easy for the adjust driving system of single return circuit to start up quickly and speed drops slowly at step load, this paper adopts the speed and current double closed-loop system to design a electric bicycle controller based on the CY8C24533.First, the structure, working principle and operating characteristic of BLDCM are described to design the controller better.Second, the architectural design of the hardware system is introduced. After that, this paper makes a deep analysis of introduction of the CY8C24533, the power supply system, the circuit for sampling the signal from the handlebar, the MOSFET driver circuit, the signal detection circuits of current and hall states.Third, the architectural design of the software system is described after the requirements analysis and we describe all sectors of the software system of the controller. In addition, the speed and current double closed-loop system is used to speed up the electric bicycles’ startup.Finally, the motor with a rated voltage of48V, rated power of350W is selected as prototype to test the performance and functions of the controller, the graphics and data of the test results indicate that this controller can satisfy the needs of the market with low cost and good reliability. |
