The hardware in the loop simulation experiment runs through the whole development period of the guidance weapon,which gives a good theoretical and practical proof in the verification of the stability and hitting precision of the guided weapon.Through the virtual environment simulation and virtual instrument software is composed of 1.5 physical simulation system,due to the high stability of the changing development of science and technology in the new century of the battlefield environment of guided weapon accuracy anti-interference and flight process put forward strict requirements,and the rationality of guided weapons are commonly expensive often difficult the live fire to verify the overall layout is reasonable,control system,navigation system,Only if the missile hit the bonus,Miss HILS is unreasonable the all work is under the guidance of tutor,completed by the author independently.References to ideas,methods,data and references have been pointed out in the paper and correspond to references.Except as noted in the text,this paper does not contain any other individual or collective published work.Individuals and groups that have made important contributions to this study have been clearly identified in the text.I am fully aware that I am obligated to undertake the legal consequence of the statement,so the semi physical simulation as a validation test method is close to the actual shooting is more important.This article mainly is carries on the system analysis for the semi physical simulation test of guidance weapon flight attitude control system,this paper introduces the semi physical simulation system of missile attitude control,analyzes the key points from the following.Firstly,the development status and development trend of hardware in the loop simulation technology of guided weapons are described,and the research methods are reviewed in detail.Then,after understanding the semi physical simulation for the semi physical simulation system for missile we build advanced semi physical simulation platform,introduced the collocation and selection of hardware and software,and the key technology of the simulation is analyzed.then,the mathematical model of the missile system needs to be established,we are used in flight process in the missile coordinate system is analyzed,the system shows the missile in flight by force and torque,so successful in the mathematical modeling of guided weapons.We conduct our analysis of missile control model with mathematical model,established the seeker model,rudder model and control system model so that the entire missile model is built up,and then determine the feasibility of semi physical simulation.Finally,combining the mathematical model and control model,we present a feasible trajectory of guided weapons,running semi physical simulation application to build HIL simulation platform,through LabWindows programming software of semi physical simulation system design of man-machine interface,and can intuitively understand the missile during flight attitude change and verify the semi physical simulation system and air algorithm.
