This paper mainly pays attention on design of project ballistics , design of control system and hardware-in-the-loop simulation of control system which are in research project for normal-way guide bomb .First, right coordinate system is chosen to analyse force and torque in the bomb flying course , particle ballistics model of vertical attack face is built .after that, ballistics plan composed of four phases ,namely slide , transition, dive and attacking angle backing to zero , is designed which can achieve demands for both cannon-shot and precision.The guide bomb's attack areas with different speeds in different altitudes are calculated. And theory research and digital simulation are done for combined control plan which contains middle guide phase with attack angle slide plus vertical unchangeable speed sliding and final phase with proportional guide ballistics, simulation curves are received. And then, a series of nodes are chosen for dynamic characteristic analysis , also ,control system for posture and centroid of guide bomb is designed with an example of vertical channels. Finally, hardware-in-the-loop simulation for the designed control system is carried on three-axis revolving platform ,in order to test the system , also simulation conclusions are given.
