| Development of high temperature superconducting(HTS)materials and their preparation technology provides a new technical solutions for the motor,makes the motor develop in the direction of the highly effective,miniaturization,and energy conservation.Especially in recent years,countries around the world have developed a series of different types,different uses of HTS motor,making the application of HTS motor more and more widely.The AC loss problem is a key technical problem that must be considered in the design and practical applications of HTS motors.In this paper,a kind of non-commutator HTS DC generator is studied that has several different structures and cooling system schemes,which solves the problem of AC loss of HTS motor without the commutator and power electronic device of the conventional DC motor,at the same time.On the basis of that,this paper analyzes of a kind of motor structure in the FEM electromagnetic field by simulation,specifically,analyzing the internal magnetic circuit and the output characteristics of the motor,and optimizing the design.First of all,this paper summarizes the basic theory of superconducting motor and the simulation calculation theory,and selects the suitable superconducting material for the superconducting motor designed by analyzing the electrical and mechanical properties of several superconducting materials.Secondly,the paper puts forward the design scheme of superconducting motor,analyzes and summarizes the reason and solving method of AC loss produced by HTS motor.Then,it is proposed a new scheme to solve the AC loss that making the motor armature winding produce direct current(DC)directly based on Faraday electromagnetic induction principle,by studying of several different types and structures of the motor and the corresponding cooling system.Therefore,this will avoid the AC loss problem,and have no the commutator device.At the same time,with reference to the design procedure of the traditional permanent magnet DC motor,the electrical and structural parameters of the superconducting motor are worked out,which provide the theoretical basis for the subsequent simulation calculation.Thirdly,the finite element simulation software(Ansoft)is used to model and analyze the whole superconducting motor.The static magnetic field is used to analyze the magnetic field distribution inside the motor,and the results prove that the magnetic circuit is consistent with the theoretical analysis.Through transient field simulation analysis of the motor output characteristics,it is proved that the motor can generate direct current,and motor designing is reasonable.Finally,this paper carries out the parameter optimization of all the parameters of the superconducting motor based on the output characteristics of the motor,at the same time,the stator armature winding of the motor is designed and optimized,and the output characteristic and loss of the motor are verified by simulation.It is proved that the optimized motor has better output characteristics,smaller volume and smaller loss. |
