Boosted by the highly-spread conception of Sharing Economy in recent years,dockless sharing bicycle system which is deeply integrated with mobile Internet has been proved to be successful in a rather short period of time from the perspective of market.Meanwhile,the after-effects of these wild maturing process cannot be ignored.How to regulate the parking behaviours of bicycle users becomes urgent for this industry,with the releasing of related policies in main cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen,and Chengdu,etc.Influenced by the policied from ministry of transportation,some sharing bycycle enterprises start deploying dedicated parking lots,in order to meet the parking demand and regulate the behaviour of users at the same time.Thus,researches on parking lots location planning appears extremely significant.Firstly,based on the definitions of Sharing Economy and Sharing Travel,this paper gives out a thorough analysis of dockless sharing bicycle system and points out the difference between this system and private bicycle,as well as dock-based public bicycle system,with understanding how sharing bicycle system is defined.Taking the functions and framework of this system into account,this paper illustrate the method of obtaining the travel data of sharing bicycle.Secondly,this paper quantitatively analyses the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of sharing bicycle travels from aspect of daily total travel volume,travel volume distribution of each time period,travel distance distribution,and spatial distribution,with knowing the coding rules of GeoHash Algorithm and processing the travel data.The fluctuation of sharing bicycle travel demand is concluded from that.From constructing a reasonable Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering Algorithm,travel data are clustered and the distributions of sharing bicycle travel demand dots,together with the travel volume,are precisely procured.These are supporting the following studies from the perspective of data.Thirdly,in respect of understanding the theories of robustness optimisation,this paper sets the system cost as the objective function from perpective of both planners and users,and builds a demand-determined model aimed at solving the parking lots location planning for sharing bicycle system,which is based on some reasonable hypotheses and parameters.Via introducing chance constrained,the sharing bicyle parking lots location planning model is constructed,with acknowledging the fluctuation of travel demand.Meanwhile,an algorithm based on LINGO is designed for solving this problem.Lastly,this paper builds a rational example.By conducting the whole process of analysis and calculation throughout the planning problem,the model and methods in this paper are proved to be practical and realistic.
