The growing social economy gradually improve the process of city modernization,high-rise,high-rise buildings appear more and more with the excavation depth is more and more big,so the building of the engineering geological conditions of the increasingly high requirements.Starting from the security point of view,compared to the multi-storey buildings,high-rise buildings,because the vertical pressure on the upper structure generated by the major,and the number of the upper level by the force of wind and earthquake is very large,so the foundation of high-rise buildings than the foundation of multistory buildings is the carrier of higher performance to ensure that it has sufficient reliability.When the bearing capacity of the foundation under natural condition can not meet the design requirements,it can only increase the input of funds and select the appropriate type of foundation.The foundation has a very important position in the high-rise building engineering,designers should be based on the requirements of the upper structure and foundation conditions of the comprehensive analysis,research and design a high economical efficiency and reasonable technical foundation scheme.First of all should be considered for the structural features and the corresponding engineering investment.Secondly in buildings with sufficient safety principle,should be put into effect and equipment,combined with considering the foundation and the basis of the construction period,factors of damage to the environment construction in the construction process.In summary,worthy of further discussion and foundation design scheme of how to reasonably select the problem of high-rise buildings Research.This paper takes Mishan VIP garden high-rise building as the research object,in the field of engineering geological conditions,based on the analysis and evaluation,combined with the characteristics of upper building structure,design and calculation of the corresponding parameters of the shallow natural foundation and feasibility;using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for pile foundation scheme forpractical use of natural foundation the shallow foundation scheme and engineering design of the project evaluation;and the engineering structure reliability theory into the foundation design,quantitative calculation of natural shallow foundation scheme selection.The research conclusions are as follows:1.It is located in the low plain area is Muleng Xingkai,Muling River floodplain and bajada intersection landform;clay formation by slope of sand,mixed soil and alluvial origin which is uneven ground;groundwater belongs to Quaternary pore confined water;there is no active faults within the site,also found no collapse landslide,debris flow,bad geological effect,is a stable site,suitable for engineering construction.2.Through the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,from the project cost,construction period,the four aspects of construction difficulty and environmental effects of natural shallow foundation scheme for the design and actual construction of the pile foundation scheme for quantitative evaluation,the differences are calculated according to the design of shallow foundation and pile foundation scheme,the final analysis of applicability the evaluation of the two.The evaluation results show that the membership degree of evaluation of shallow natural foundation scheme than pile foundation project of high grade two,reflecting the design scheme has more advantages than the actual construction plan,the applicability of natural shallow foundation scheme is high.3.According to previous research results,we first analyze and summarize some uncertain factors in geotechnical engineering,and selection of international safety joint committee(JCSS)recommended the use of the analysis method-JC method combined with the reliability theory of engineering structure of natural shallow foundation scheme.The calculation results show that the research on building the natural shallow foundation bearing capacity can fully meet the reliability requirements.
