With the rapid development of social demand for electrical energy,electricity power system load pressure is increasing rapidly in recent years.So,how to solve the problem or fault under the power management peak shortage of transmission capacity and transmission lines is an important challenge facing the sector at present.The rapid development of information technology provides convenient technical conditions for environmental elements and transmission lines running remote monitoring and analysis.In the power system,to achieve remote status monitoring of transmission lines by the use of the sensor technology,network technology,software development technology and other means is an important development direction of power system transmission line information management,which could provide decision-making reference for the routine maintenance and security of the working lines.In this thesis,the Hongban Transmission Line load intelligent management software system proposed by Sichuan Electric Power Company is studied deeply by the use of theory and methodology in electrical engineering.In the research work,the Waterfall software development model is adopted in the system development work,including system requirements analysis,functional design,and functional realization.The function modules in the system include data acquisition and transmission module,data collection and analysis module,line state management module and system management module.So,the system can be implemented in the device on-site monitoring,the real-time operational status collecting and analysis of transmission lines through 3G wireless communications technology.At the mean time,the system provides a visual interface to the power system operation function managers through Web services.The Hongban Transmission Line load intelligent management software system researched in this thesis could realize the transmission lines remote intelligent management of power systems under internal private network and public network environments.And the system could also detect the problems and failures in transmission lines,which provides a protection for the safe transportation of electricity power system.At the mean time,the research work in this thesis also has some reference value for other parts of the transmission line load intelligent management work..
