The intelligent Bi-level ventilator achieves the function of therapy by providing two different positive pressures in the respiratory phase respectively,which has been widely used in the treatment of respiratory failure,respiratory support therapy,emergency resuscitation,etc.This subject carries on the research and development of MJ II Bi-level intelligent ventilator system,based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the ventilator in market and enterprise demand.The pressure adaptive controller,the remote monitoring APP of respiratory data and respiratory cloud data management system are designed,besides,the data acquisition and analysis are carried out on the platform we design.Firstly,after analyzing the function and performance of ventilator,this subject finishes the conceptual design of MJ Ⅱ ventilator system and realizes the capabilities of machine from hardware and software on the basis of defects analysis of the existing ventilator system.Secondly,the finite state machine model of the fan is established according to the division of the working condition of the ventilator,and the design and implementation of a single neuron PID adaptive pressure control system for the steady running state of the machine are presented,the simulation and experiment of the controller shows that both the overshoot and response time can be controlled within the allowable error range and it also have good robustness and dynamic performance,which has a good adaptability to the nonlinear pressure control system and can ensure the stability of the system.Thirdly,the data transmission protocol of ventilator is defined,and the detailed design of the ventilator remote monitoring client and respiratory cloud data management system is carried out,which depends on the functional requirements,the Android and web development requirements,so that the ventilator can be networked and remote.Finally,the related experiments are set up on the ventilator platform,and according to the experimental data collected,the respiratory status of the users is analyzed,then,the prediction and analysis of airway pressure waveform are based on the ARMA time series model,the results show that the model can fit the pressure waveform of the airway well by the test of the white noise of the residual sequence.This subject has successfully developed a complete set of MJ Ⅱ Bi-level ventilator system and it can meet the functional requirements of the enterprise.Through debugging and experimental analysis,the system is optimized in the airway pressure control on ventilator performance,the application of respiratory data monitoring and management system provides the possibility for the remote treatment of ventilator.
