Recently,with the development of high performance in permanent magnetic materials, electric power,and control theories,the applications of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) becoming more and more widely,and the development and study of PMSM is getting more attention.The Permanent magnet synchronous motor Speed control system has become one of the most important parts of the AC Drive System.Firstly,in this paper the basic theory of Vector Control on PMSM is analyzed.On this base the mathematical model of PMSM are illustrated.The Field Orientated Control and Vector Control which based on Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation(SVPWM)is chosen as the control scheme of this system.Then,since the disadvantages of traditional PID controller which can't regulate the control parameters automatically,single neuron control theory was applied to the traditional PID controller so as to make up a single neuron adaptive PID controller.Then use the Immune feedback mechanism to join in the single neuron adaptive PID controller,so that the controller can get a adjustable gain.Establish the system model in MATLAB/Simulink environment,and finish the emulation experiments.The simulation results show that the single neuron adaptive PID controller has a simple structure,strong serf-learning and adaptive ability of the characteristics and the control performance is superior to the traditional PID control.Finally,the design of the main circuit,control circuit and external circuit was accomplished based upon TI's exclusive DSP(TMS320F2812) for motor control.Based on the hardware design,the author finished the compiling and debugging of the program under the CCS 2000 environment,such as the vector control algorithm of PMSM,the generation of SVPWM,the interruption sampling of current,speed and position,and so on. After running the program,we get the exact PWM waveform which can successfully control the hardware circuit.In other words,it shows that the design was right and reliable..
