Study On Heat Conduction Safety Of Polyurethane Potting Material Box

In modern life,the application of the junction box is widely used in household electricity or in public places,junction boxes will be used.For a certain number of beautiful decoration and other factors,the junction box is usually installed inside the wall,which is not easy to repair,the problems cannot be found timely and effective solutions,making the junction box often cause accidents.Accidents caused by junction box is mostly due to aging or poor heat dissipation caused by temperature is too high,resulting in a fire.In this paper,we first study the relative technology of the common household junction box,including the interpretation and significance of the filling technology,the selection of appropriate filling materials,filling technology and so on.Finally,a new type of polyurethane is chosen as the special material of the filling junction box.According to the safety requirements of the electrical circuit,the polyurethane material that meets the requirements of the electrical circuit is made and the relevant experiments are carried out.The operation device of the electric circuit junction box is simulated.According to the electrical line normal or overload operation case will heat conduction phenomenon,summed up the relationship between internal temperature and external temperature of conductor wire.After the research using the infrared thermal imaging principle widely,including measurement error analysis of temperature measurement principle and thermal imager,using infrared imager on polyurethane potting the thermal conductivity of the junction box,self-made experimental device with polyurethane,the temperature of the test box circuit overload conditions after the polyurethane potting,encapsulating temperature after the junction box ratio for the filling and sealing of 30%~45% before potting,the effect is significant,that of polyurethane pouring box technology and the heat dissipation performance of the junction box is improved.At the end of the polyurethane material filling box and the ordinary PVC junction box for cooling performance comparison,research and analysis of thermal properties of polyurethane can be applied to the terminal box;taking polyurethane material as a junction box and common junction box filled insulation,insulation performance analysis of polyurethane can be applied to the junction box in exchange.
