The development of science and technology makes the functions of machinery-electrical products gradually increase,and the level of intelligence is getting higher.However,product risk identification relying on the design criteria for has reached a bottleneck period,which results product accidents.Therefore,how to conduct scientific and comprehensive risk identification of the product has become the most significant in product design.In this paper,based on the known probability of the accident,the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis mean is applied to analyze the accidents caused by the failure.Firstly,the Fault Tree Analysis mean is used to analyze the accident.According to the reliability allocation,the probability of each basic event is determined under the pre-set conditions,and then the minimum cut sets are obtained.The orthogonal experiment variance analysis is used,the relevant test parameters and the relevant test parameters value of the basic events can be obtained.According to each test parameter,the test technical means are obtained.Then,the sneak circuit technical means and safety check list are used to analyze relevant risk,then analyze its accidents.Finally,the accident are summarized,the test parameters and the test technical means,which results the risk identification scheme is taken as the final output.The automobile electrical system are token as an example in the end of the paper to verify the identification model in the paper.
