The rubber material with its excellent damping performance,widely used in automobile shock absorber,including powertrain mount,chassis suspension,stabilizer bar bushing,differential bushing.This paper mainly studies automotive powertrain mount system of rubber suspension shock absorber,in the system not only requires suspension has good shock absorption performance,at the same time also require in use process have to keep the safety and durability.Therefore,to predict the fatigue life of rubber suspension shock absorber,to improve the driving safety and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents is of great significance.The fatigue durability of rubber mount is one of the key indicators of product development process,the traditional detection method is the fatigue test method is used,the rubber mount samples test,long development cycle and high cost.This paper mainly studies the method for predicting a fatigue life simulation,in the process of design and development of rubber mount,through the finite element simulation and fatigue simulation prediction of failure zone structure fatigue life and fatigue,for the product development time and cost savings.In this paper,based on the finite element software ABAQUS/FE-SAFE,and fatigue prediction software of rubber suspension parts for fatigue life prediction and analysis,comparing with the test to test feasibility of analysis,and based on fatigue analysis provide a basis for structure design and optimization,to achieve optimum performance of the rubber mount products.First is through the tensile test to get the basic mechanics performance of rubber materials,rubber materials for uniaxial tension,biaxial stretching and plane stretching,obtain stress strain curve data,and then fitting method for parameters of rubber material,in order to get suitable to describe the constitutive model of the rubber material performance and parameters.is The key of fatigue life analysis is to get the material fatigue life curve(s-n curve),for this reason,this paper describes design and fatigue test of rubber materials,obtain fatigue test data,processing s-n curve.On the basis of test of the rubber mechanical properties and fatigue test of rubber mount,we can proceed the finite element analysis and fatigue life prediction.Based on the nonlinear analysis software ABAQUS finite element analysis of rubber mount,calculate the corresponding fatigue conditions of stress and strain distribution,and then the finite element calculation results,fatigue life into FE-SAFE simulation calculation,the fatigue analysis results into the view of ABAQUS to check the fatigue life.Through the comparison of simulation and experiment results,the fatigue life of error in the acceptable range,and fatigue fracture conditions,verify the feasibility of the scheme in our study,the fatigue simulation of the rubber material products provides a good guidance,has the very high theory value and practical significance.provide a good guide,has a high theoretical value and practical significance.
