As the core equipment of the transmission system,transformer operation status directly affects the safe operation of the entire power system,and the transformer insulation state of the situation and directly determine the status of maintenance management strategy formulation and implementation,so it is necessary to take an effective way to assess the insulation state of the power transformer.Through understanding the current insulation of the transformer state,the transformer can be found in the hidden trouble and provide more scientific guidance to the transformer outage maintenance,for the purpose of reducing transformer fault and major economic losses.Therefore,this paper has been focused on the establishment of the evaluation method of the insulation state,the distribution of the index weight,as well as development and application of the comprehensive state evaluation system.Aiming at the problem of transformer insulation state evaluation method,this paper analyzes the insulation aging mechanism of the transformer and combines the current transformer fault diagnosis method to determine the characteristic quantity of the transformer insulation state,and establishes the evaluation index system of the insulation state of the power transformer.Then,through the introduction of matter-element extension theory and analytic hierarchy process,this paper puts forward the Meta-level assessment model,and evaluates the state of the transformer by calculating the correlation between the matter element and each state level,and develops the appropriate state maintenance strategy.Aiming at the problem of the assignment of index weights,this paper proposes a dynamic allocation scheme of adaptive weights.Based on the static weight of the previous hierarchical analysis algorithm,considering the degree of deviation of the index data from the normal value and the distribution characteristics of the index data,the weight of the index layer and the weight of the project layer are adjusted respectively,thus making the distribution of weights more objective.The verification of the example also shows that the method based on adaptive weight is simple and fast,and it can reflect the insulation state of the transformer more comprehensively and objectively.Aiming at the application problem of transformer insulation state evaluation method,this paper introduces a prediction model of the remaining life of the transformer based on the health index to Predict the remaining life of the transformer,combining the transformer state evaluation model with the corresponding evaluation algorithm.According to the above theory,this paper designed and developed a transformer state comprehensive evaluation system.The software is simple and practical,and can realize the description of the aging state of the transformer insulation,the prediction of the remaining life of the transformer,the off-line trend analysis of the transformer test parameters,the transformer fault anomaly analysis,the transformer test data analysis and the evaluation result report generation.
