An important index to evaluate the ride comfort of commercial vehicles is the vibration characteristics of the cab.Improving the vibration isolation capability of cab suspension is a key way to reduce cab vibration.In our country,as a special commercial vehicle,automobile crane has the characteristics of commercial vehicle and engineering machinery,improve the vibration isolation ability of cab suspension,meet people 's driving experience is an inevitable development requirement.First of all,this paper describes the application and research status of commercial vehicle cab suspension technology at home and abroad,introduces the purpose and background of the research on the vehicle crane cab suspension system,puts forward the purpose and significance of the improvement and optimization of the vehicle crane cab suspension system,and introduces the main contents of this paper.Then,the structure of the crane is analyzed by using the multi-body dynamics theory,which provides the basis for establishing the simulation calculation model of the cab suspension isolation system of the crane.According to the structural characteristics and research theory of the real vehicle,the single degree of freedom model of the suspension system of the cab of the crane is established.According to the current design constraints of improving and optimizing the cab suspension of automobile crane,it is proposed that the semi-floating air spring type cab suspension is the direction of improving and optimizing,and the structural characteristics and parameter design of three cab suspensions are given,and the main differences are analyzed.Then,this paper introduces the road test under the same working condition,including the test scheme and the test data,which are carried out by LMS test instrument for three different cab suspension cranes.Using LMS analysis software to analyze the test results,it is pointed out that the improvement effect of semi-floating air spring type cab suspension with limit mechanism is the best among the three cab suspensions,which is the object of the next simulation analysis.The possible excitation source and resonance source of buffet problem are analyzed.Finally,this paper introduces the use of complex modal theory in ADAMS software to analyze the cab suspension system,through the output response verification to determine the damping value of the model;Then the acceleration signal under the suspension collected by road test is taken as the excitation signal in the model,and the acceleration in the vertical direction at the seat is taken as the output,the model is simulated and analyzed,and the simulation results are processed and analyzed,and verified with the test results;The model is verified by doe test design theory and orthogonal test design theory,which proves that the model is accurate enough to ensure the simulation results are correct.
