| Our country has a vast territory and a large population.With the development of science and technology,more and more people pay more attention to the efficient way of traveling.The traditional automobile consumes the renewable resources and pollutes the atmosphere,so the development of new energy vehicle which is environment friendly has become a urgent problem needed to be solved in today’s society.The appearance of electric bicycles meets people’s expectations.Permanent magnet brushless DC motor has the following advantages:long life,low noise pollution,higher speed adjustment range and higher energy efficiency.Brushless DC motor has so many advantages,so most of the electric bicycle use brushless DC motor as a power output tool.This paper makes a thorough research on electric bicycle control system which uses STM8S903K3 as a main controller and which controls a permanent magnet brushless DC motor.This paper also introduces the control system hardware design principle and the function of each part of the hardware circuit,and the software part of the software and algorithms are briefly introduced.The main work of this paper is as follows:The first part analyzes the background and significance of the research,then the research status and development of electric bicycle controller is analyzed.Several motor of electric bicycle used in today’s society has made the introduction and comparative analysis,and what is permanent magnet synchronous electric machine and its characteristics and working principle is introduced.The second part introduces the various modules of electric bicycle control system,including power module,power module,current detection module,sensorless position detection module,as well as speed control module,etc..The third part analysis the the control circuit of detailed hardware design which uses STM8S903K3 as the core and the PID software control part has been briefly introduced.Last,the controller system is experimented and tested,and the test results are analyzed..The motor controller hardware circuit in this paper has been fully validated in practice,and has been carried out in practical application,it is reliability and stability.And on the basis of the hardware circuit to complete the electric bicycle motor acceleration,deceleration,and overvoltage overcurrent detection tests,is very important the practical value and significance for further study of electric bicycle has laid a good foundation. |
