Electric bicycle by its unique power drive technology, highly efficient energy-saving environmental control technology, and the personalization operating method, has been more and more widely accepted by the market. It causes to improve electric car's quality and to increase electric car's security coefficient is more and more important. In this article, taking BLDCM control system as the foundation, intelligent controller is analyzed and designed based on PIC microcontroller series, aiming at the current facts of electric bicycle controller.According to the present state and development of electric controller, detecting and supervising Technology and Embedded System, This article researches BLDCM control system's in electric bicycle's application and designs the electric bicycle controller taking the PIC monolithic integrated circuit as the master control chip.This article adopts the method of modularization for implementing the system hardware design. Using PIC microcontroller series as the central processor, the hardware design includes power module, MOSFET driven circuit, reset moduler, communication module, hall signal detection electric module, the measuring and protecting current module and display module etc.The system software is compiled in MPLAB in the v7.50 and translated by PICC 8.05 compiler. Because Electric Bicycle has strict acquirement for system response time, the system must response the change of input port as quick as possible.Therefore the application software module's design has used the interrupt function of the processor each input port and some important software design algorithm.This design in the practical application has achieved the expectation effect and played a positive role in improving the electric car's security performance. It is also a good design reference of intelligent controller and has a broad application prospect.
