Distribution equipment aging,poor contact can cause fever,long running process,the switchgear electrical equipment in a joint connection and switch points because in areas such as the aging or poor contact and gives out heat resistance is too large,and the heating parts with outer switchgear block to make the internal equipment unable to directly monitor the temperature of the equipment point of poor contact under the action of heavy current,temperature,contact point contact resistance increases,after repeated produces serious equipment failure brought serious hidden trouble to the safe operation of the electrical equipment.Monitoring the temperature of an electrical equipment joint and switching position in the switch cabinet can monitor the status of electrical equipment.Power distribution equipment is extremely important in the grid,and its long run and work will cause normal aging or failure of the equipment.Therefore,effective measures must be taken to monitor the temperature at the contact points and the connection of the equipment.The design of wireless type conductor heating on-line monitoring system for low voltage power distribution ark,the purpose is to solve the problems of low voltage power distribution ark conductor heating,guarantee the safe and stable operation of power equipment.In the low-voltage distribution cabinet during the course of the work to study the problems existing in the internal conductor heating equipment,the paper designed the wireless type of low voltage power distribution ark conductor heating on-line monitoring system,including hardware system,software system,communication system,in low voltage power distribution cabinet closed equipment in substation,data collection,known as the data collection process and workflow,realize the data acquisition and fault diagnosis analysis working process in real time record,analysis,and the problems are summarized.Design a temperature sensor based on 'environmental energy acquisition capacity of power supply circuit,with the aid of all kinds of new technology to collect electromagnetic energy in the switch cabinet,and transform it into a wireless temperature module power supply.Will design the on-line monitoring system for practical application,save the strength of workers,improve the monitoring results accuracy and operation personnel's work efficiency,and improve the monitoring method.
