High voltage switch cabinet plays a vital role that it controls and protects the circuits while power transmission and power turning and consumption is committed in power system.The subject is focused primarily upon method and pattern on temperature monitoring based on high voltage switch cabinets,which puts forward a plan to use passive wireless temperature to collect temperature messages based on high voltage and high temperature in high voltage switch cabinets.Subject mainly focused on research of wireless reader which is matched to temperature sensor.Paper lastly discusses a remote monitoring system to implement the function that we can access the client to achieve remote monitoring by internet or local area network.Due to metal contact in rooms of high voltage switch cabinet is high temperature and high voltage when working well normally.it is very difficult to get the temperature specifications in industries which aimed at ways of temperature monitoring and communications.The article studied and analysed the difficulty based on large amounts of research results then raised a method that use traditional ceramic materials and epoxy resin to manufacture a temperature sensor applied in current item reasonably.Frequency of oscillator which is made by thermal ceramics will change when temperature is changed.So we can calculate the temperature by achieve the difference of temperature.Wireless reader is the vital device which can collect the relative temperature messages achieved by fore-end device.It will mainly use a ARM9experiment board and two radio frequency chips of CC1101to make up a reader.In the design of the wireless reader,the antenna is very important and innovative.we use a electronic single pole double throw switch as the only interface of the two channel CC1101transmitter and receiver to raise perfonnance vastly with reasonable transmitter power amplifier and receiver wave filter.It’s operating principle is that the reader transmit a wireless signal to sensor and then sensor reflect a signal,at last the reader receive the reflected signal and calculate the ultra temperature.Remote monitoring technology includes web technology and database technology which is implemented by transplanting both Boa server and embedded Sqlite database.The database confirmed that temperature messages can be called by remote operating and the web server makes sure that workman can see about all situations.Subject designed and implemented the temperature monitoring system based on high voltage switch cabinets.It has been applied in power industry successfully and the accuracy and precision achieved95percent,the system is running stably.All of the technologies mentioned above is at the top of temperature monitoring based on high voltage cabinets in the area of domestic smart grid.
