Rolling bearing is an important mechanical basis components of manufacturing industry,and it is one of the iconic products of national industrialization is developed or not.Bearing raceway surface is the main surface under external loads and the rolling relative friction,the accuracy and the surface quality of the raceway is related to the quality and the service life of the whole bearing,and it is of great significance to improve the accuracy and surface quality of the raceway to improve the overall performance and life of the bearing.The particularity of the bearing ring structure determines the particularity of raceway processing,centerless grinding process is an important process of bearing ring forming,centerless grinding quality is the basis of subsequent superfinishing and finishing cut.The choice of centerless grinding process parameters not only impact on the grinding efficiency and the stability of the grinding process,but also impact on the accuracy and surface quality,it is necessary to study the influence of the bearing raceway centerless grinding process parameters inpact on the accuracy and surface quality.In this paper,combining with the actual production conditions of practice enterprise,based on the related theory of bearing raceway centerless grinding,with 7006C-2RZ bearing raceway for processing object,with special bearing raceway grinder for machining device,design the experiment scheme,to exp tore the relationship between process parameters and machining quality.Set more groups of different process parameters for grinding,Using Taylor Hobson roughness instrument,roundness instrument measure the accuracy and surface roughness indicators for grinding raceway,to obtain the corresponding experimental data,data sorting and comparison analysis,study the influence law of processing parameters on the quality of bearing raceway.Combined with the actual processing to seek better process parameters values range of bearing raceway centerless grinding,in order to has a guiding significance for practical production.The results show that the grinding time,grinding wheel rotating speed,magnetic pole rotating speed,eccentricity and pecker block included angle and other parameters impact the grinding quality,but the bearing raceway the influence degree of the accuracy and surface quality are different.The grinding time impact on the size accuracy error,roundness error,roughness,waviness and raceway form error,and the impaction is different degree,grinding wheel rotating speed and magnetic pole rotating speed mainly impact on the size precision error,roundness error and waviness,eccentricity and pecker block included angle mainly impact on the roundness error and waviness.
