As an important supporting and driving part in mechanical transmission system,rolling bearing widely used in machine tool spindle system and aerospace engine rotor system.With the improvement of mechanical industry,precision machinery exist the higher requirements of transmission system,so that the research on rotational accuracy of bearing is necessary.In this paper,the influencing factors and regularity of rotary precision of rolling bearing was analyzed,and it has guiding significance to the design and manufacture of rolling bearing.Based on the cylindrical roller bearing for research object in this paper,analyzed the effect of geometrical error and surface characteristics of components on rotational accuracy in the bearing,and described the measurement method and evaluation method of roundness error.The geometric error of raceway described by Fourier series,the amplitude and harmonic order are two factors which influenced the shape of raceway.According to the mechanical equilibrium equation and geometric coordination under quasi-static analytical method,the mathematical simulation model of rotational accuracy in cylindrical roller bearing was established.Then elaborated the solving process of the model,achieved this process by MATLAB programming and verified the correctness of the program according to comparison of relevant literature.According to the simulation of program,analyzed the effects of bearing parameters as amplitude and harmonic order of roundness error in outer raceway,roller numbers and working condition as radial load,rotational speed of outer ring on rotation accuracy of bearing.The results showed that with the increase of amplitude of roundness error in outer raceway and rotating speed of outer ring,the rotational accuracy of cylindrical roller bearing is reduced.With the increase of harmonic order of roundness error in outer raceway,the runout present a periodic change,the harmonic numbers which go through a whole period is exactly equal to the roller numbers in the bearing.With the increase of roller numbers,the radial runout of outer ring displayed a flucuation.The radial load is higher,the smaller radial runout of outer ring.In this paper,the research on the rotation accuracy of cylindrical roller bearing has a positive effect on the establishing prediction theory and evaluation system of rotational accuracy of cylindrical roller bearing,and has a positive effect on the rolling bearing design and development of high precision products.
