With the development of science and technology,the performance of materials is getting better and better,the level of production technology is getting higher and higher.Some of the production of pump enterprises are still using more than ten years ago or even twenty years ago drawings,these drawings are relatively conservative design,the size of each part is too larger,the use of these drawings is a great waste of material,is not conducive to enterprises reduction cost of production.Based on this situation,coMPanies need to optimize the original design.The research content of this paper is to improve the design of the centrifugal pump.According to the performance parameters such as flow rate,head and speed provided by the enterprise,and reference to the original drawings to improving the design of a centrifugal pump.First of all,the feasibility of the lightweight design of the centrifugal pump is analyzed,and the main parts of the lightweight design can be identified as the pump body and the bearing frame.According to the performance parameters provided by the enterprise,the main structural parameters of the centrifugal pump are calculated and selected.Secondly,Improved design of centrifugal pump of the pump body and bearing frame.In the design of the pump body,in order to analyze and coMPare,firstly,refer to the original two-dimensional map of the original body,using SolidWorks software to perform 3D modeling of it.Then analyze the static and the modal analysis of the original pump body by using the ANSYS Workbench software.Analysis the margin of its strength and stiffness,as the basis for the next lightweight design.Through the analysis of the original pump body strength and stiffness is very rich,so through access to information,according to the relevant formula,to calculate the wall thickness of the new pump body,and then the new pump body for two-dimensional design,three-dimensional modeling,static analysis and modal analysis and so on.Through the continuous design and modification,the final design of a more reasonable new pump body.When designing the bearing frame,the feasibility analysis of the change of the bearing lubrication mode is carried out,that is,the feasibility analysis of the oil lubrication instead of the oil lubrication.And then select the bearing,the pump shaft design.Finally,according to the choice of bearing,pump shaft design and combined with the relevant parameters such as the design of a new bearing frame.In order to analyze the contrast,the original bearing frame for three-dimensional modeling and physical parameters of the measurement.And then the new bearing frame for improved design,static analysis and modal analysis,analysis of its strength,stiffness and stability is reasonable.Through continuous analysis,comparison and continuous improvement of the design,the final design of a more reasonable bearing frame.Finally,the dynamic analysis of the centrifugal pump rotor system is carried out and the modal analysis of the centrifugal pump is carried out.The rotor system dynamics analysis including modal analysis and harmonic response analysis.Through the harmonic response analysis,it can be seen that the frequency of the rotor system is most likely to resonating,and then analyzing the strength,stiffness and stability of the rotor system under this frequency value.The centrifugal pump to do the overall modal analysis,analysis of its lightweight after the stability of the work requirements.After the above research,the design of the pump body and the bearing frame of a certain type of centrifugal pump has been improved,and ultimately to achieve the centrifugal pump lightweight design goals.Design results to meet the requirements of enterprises,the practical application of centrifugal pump to prove the lightweight design method is feasible.
