The frame-shear wall structure consists of two systems—frame and shear wall which have different characteristics.Under the horizontal load,the frame part and the shear wall part work together through the coordination deformation of the floor,and the frame structure and the shear wall structure under the earthquake,there are significant differences in the dynamic characteristics.For the structure of the frame and the shear wall,the current specification of China is based on the ratio of the frame earthquake overturning moment to divide the structural system and design method,and its division is not fully theoretical basis.And there are inconsistencies between the different specifications for the division of the structural system,which gives engineering designers the design of such structures with great distress.In this paper,the high-rise concrete frame-shear wall structure with different frame overturning moments is used as the research object to study its dynamic characteristics,seismic performance under earthquake action and the performance level and seismic resistance of the structure Conceptual design principles.The main contents are as follows:1.Mechanical characteristics introduction of frame structure,frame-shear wall structure and shear wall structure is made,and the summary of the relevant research on frame-shear wall structure and performance-based seismic design method at home and abroad is done.2.Used PERFORM-3D finite element analysis software to model the structures.The model of beam,column and wall unit model of PERFORM-3D is introduced.The finite element analysis results are compared with frame-shear wall structure test results.And the results show that the fiber frame model can be used to simulate the reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure more accurately.3.According to our current specification,YJK software is used to design the frame-shear wall structure with seven different frame overturning moment ratio.According to the specification and the double band selection principle,seven actual earthquake records are selected in the PEER and three artificial simulation records are produced by YJK software.4.Dynamic time history analysis of ten seismic waves is realized with the structure subjected to frequent and rare earthquake by the PERFORM-3D.According to the inter-layer displacement angle of each structure,the deformation and plasticity of the structure and the energy consumption of the whole and various components,the seismic performance difference under the rare earthquake is studied.5.The target displacement method recommended by FEMA356 is applied to the Pushover analysis of the model under frequent earthquakes and rare earthquakes,and the results are compared with those of the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis...
