| With the continuous increase of heating demand,the constant expansion of heat network heating scope,the increasing complexity of the system working conditions and the layout of cooling equipment.The negative effects of the thermal imbalance of the pipe network and the decrease of heating and comfort are becoming more and more serious.The reasons for this are that the thermal imbalance is directly caused by the hydraulic imbalance,as well as the difference of thermal characteristics and the configuration of heat dissipation equipment caused by the configuration of the buildings have caused the imbalance of heat distribution.At present,it is widely used in China to solve the thermal imbalance of heating pipe network.When the flow rate of the pipe network is smaller than the minimum flow capacity of hydraulic regulation,the effect of hydraulic regulation will be greatly weakened,and the problem of thermal balance cannot be fully solved.How to break the limitation of hydraulic regulation and make the heating network better play the heat regulation function,appears more important.In this paper,a new and feasible method to eliminate thermal dissonance is presented.This method balances the thermal imbalance by directly adjusting the heating volume,that is to increase the water supply temperature of the whole network,reduce the heating time of the overheated users,and increase the heating time of the undercooled users,so as to meet the heating needs of all users.The advantage is that it can directly solve the thermal maladjustment caused by hydraulic maladjustment,and solve the problem of user indoor temperature undercooling caused by insufficient heat dissipation equipment and meet the special heating time and temperature requirements of some buildings.The author makes a systematic derivation and detailed analysis of the adjustment formulas and methods of the time-sharing heating balance method.By means of the basic principles,basic formulations,technical routes,derivation schemes,control strategies,control procedures,control procedures and technological advantages of the method of balance heating,the author demonstrates the superiority of this method and makes economic analysis on the energy conservation and social benefit of the time-sharing heating method.With direct adjust the flow of the heating pipe network adjustment method solvethe problem of uneven heating,not only can break the limitations of traditional by the distribution of flow regulating,save energy and reduce the network demand for water circulation flow rate,reduce the power consumption in the process of transport heat,but also can solve problem of uneven and user indoor temperature,improve the quality of heating and heating efficiency,precision,easy to realize heating system. |
