| In view of the difference in heating time between users who use the same heat source,the adoption of time-sharing district heating regulation technology can greatly save energy and electricity in heating season,improve energy utilization rate,and obtain greater economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits.Institutions of higher learning are comprehensive places integrating teaching,scientific research,office and life,with complex multi-functional types of buildings and obvious periodicity and stage of heat demand,which are more suitable for the use of time-sharing district heating system.This paper takes the heating system of a university in zhangjiakou as the research object,and studies the time-sharing district heating system of the university.First,according to the working and learning time rules of students and faculty in winter,the characteristics of thermal load and the classification of building types by hot zones,the representative buildings on campus were simulated by using DeST software under the condition of normal continuous heating and winter break heating,and the coldest days were selected for analysis of thermal load characteristics.Secondly,four modes of operation regulation are proposed for time-sharing district heating system,including quality regulation,quality regulation changing flow rate in stages,quality-flow rate regulation and intermittent regulation.Four time-sharing district heating control strategies are proposed,including building preheating control,heating parameter regulation,building thermal inlet control and low temperature anti-freezing heating control.Thirdly,the monitoring system is developed for the time-sharing district heating system of the university.With KingSCADA configuration software as the development tool,the monitoring center of time-sharing district heating completed the corresponding monitoring interface design.The heat source operation control system and the building thermal inlet control system all use s7-200 SMART series PLC as the field controller.The heat source operation control system communicates with the time-sharing district heating monitoring center through Ethernet.Building thermal inlet control system USES GPRS communication to complete data communication with the monitoring center through the GRM203 G wireless communication module.Finally,the energy saving calculation of time-sharing and district heating in this university is carried out.The results show that this university can save 21516.63 GJ of heating energy every year,and the energy saving rate is 16.31%,which is equivalent to saving 734.17 t of standard coal. |
