In the trend of developing low-carbon economy and green building in the country,environmental protection and resource conservation are getting more and more attention in the construction field.As a new kind of environmental protection material,PVC wood-plastic has the characteristics of green,pollution-free,recyclable and so on.It has gradually begun to apply to the construction area,which is in line with the national sustainable development strategy.Combining PVC wood-plastic with light steel structure,realizing industrial production and developing the prefabricated PVC wood-plastic light steel house,which has good social and economic benefits.This paper has carried out the related research on the light steel skeleton PVC wood-plastic house,the main research contents include: design of the structure of wood-plastic light steel house;The theoretical calculation,experimental study and finite element simulation of the anti-bending and shear performance of PVC wood-plastic composite wall are guaranteed to meet the requirements of bearing capacity and thermal performance.Combined with the proposed project to compare the wood-plastic light steel house with the traditional frame structure,the economic evaluation is obtained.The main achievements of this study are as follows:1.The structure and construction design of PVC wood-plastic light steel house have laid the foundation for the popularization and follow-up research of the house.2.The designed wall meets the thermal performance requirements,the flexural bearing capacity of the wall is higher and the safety reserve is larger,the test value of the shear bearing capacity of the open well and the non-open wall is close to the theoretical calculation value and the finite element analysis value,which show that the theoretical calculation formula and finite element simulation are more reliable.3.By comparing the wood-plastic light steel structure and frame structure,the results show that when the construction area is larger and the industrial production is realized,the economic benefit of wooden plastic light steel house can be fully reflected.
