Along with the rapid development of coastal large,millions of square kilometers of land reclamation stretched out the regional developing planning,was placed on the newly reclaimed soil is floating mud to flow more mud,super soft soil bearing capacity is almost zero,this waste a lot of land space.On the other hand,China is a country with rich strew resources,but about 97%of the strew were burned,accumulated and abandoned,it caused great damage to the environment.To alleviate the shortage of land resources and environmental pollution problems,to achieve the purpose of recycle,the region will be taken from the tidal flats of undisturbed silty sand,industrial waste slag,desulfurized gypsum,add hardener is also the exciting agent NaOH,Mixing with water to be grouts,at the same time,the agricultural waste cotton straw baling,as reinforced materials,pumping slurry curing pile,called cotton straw curing pile(hereinafter referred to as CSBP).On the basis of the indoor experiment,the strength characteristics were studied.Based on the static load test of outdoor,the engineering mechanical properties are studied,and it is concluded that the single pile composite foundation and composite foundation bearing capacity characteristic value;Based on the ABAQUS numerical simulation,the experimental results were valid.ated and compared.The results of this study are summarized below:(1)CSBP compressive strength characteristics:The compressive strength characteristics of the CSBP and the stress strain relationship were studied by the experiment of the unconfined strength test of the pile of cotton straw in the room.The ratio of each component in the slurry has an important influence on the compressive strength of CSBP.The insertion of cotton straw increases the compressive strength of the CSBP,but when it reaches a limit,the trend No longer increase,but falls,indicating the optimal content.We have obtained the optimal ratio based on the existing results.(2)Natural foundation soil bearing capacity:Through the study of the specifications of natural foundation soil geotechnical test,test its basic physical properties,each using the method of foundation soil strength theory to determining the bearing capacity of natural foundation soil.(3)Single pile composite foundation bearing capacity:In order to successfully apply CSBP to the engineering practice,the single-pile static load test is carried out,and the bearing capacity of the CSBP single pile is determined.(4)Multiple composite foundation bearing capacity:The composite foundation bearing capacity is the ultimate objective of the experiment,and the value of CSBP's engineering application is determined through multi-static load test.(5)Numerical simulation of ABAQUS:Through the study of the indoor and outdoor,cotton straw curing engineering mechanics properties of pile have a basic understanding,through the numerical analysis of ABAQUS,further analyzing the engineering application of CSBP mechanics performance.
