As the construction period is early,many highway design standards are low,the line is unreasonable.With the rapid growth of traffic,road congestion is serious,and because of the design years approaching,road pavement disease increased,the need for upgrading the original road.However,the road reconstruction project,the previous economic evaluation did not take into account the cost of road maintenance and other factors,the choice of programs often have low construction costs,but the final life of the high cost of the situation.It is very necessary to introduce the whole life cost into the highway reconstruction project,in the highway design period has a good service capacity at the same time,to achieve the greatest economic benefits.Based on the research results of the highway expansion at home and abroad,six typical highway reconstruction schemes are developed,and three-dimensional modeling and simulation are carried out to analyze the force of each scheme in vehicle load.At the same time,combined with the whole life cycle analysis method to determine the optimal performance of the economic efficiency of the largest reconstruction methods and the optimal structural layer parameters for the highway renovation and expansion project design and construction basis,and draw the following conclusions.(1)The factors that affect the performance of highway pavement are in the order of: concrete panel thickness> base thickness> base modulus> cushion thickness> cushion modulus,new water concrete faceplate and old water concrete panel with 0.8% 12.4% performance difference.(2)With the increase of the thickness of the cement concrete panel,the mechanical performance of the pavement structure can be improved.However,when the panel thickness is increased to a certain extent,the influence on the concrete panel is limited.The thickness of the laying of the stabilized base layer is similar to that of the wide-core concrete panel thickness.Therefore,it is recommended that the thickness of cement concrete panels take 28 ~ 32 cm,the thickness of the overlay base to take 16 ~ 20 cm.(3)According to the performance analysis,program,program three is the best performance of road reconstruction.Program six is the best performance of road widening program.With the increase of cement concrete thickness,the difference of force performance difference of each highway reconstruction plan is narrow.(4)In the highway reconstruction program,the higher the construction cost,the smaller the maintenance cost,and the proportion of the residual value and the maintenance fund to the total life cycle cost is 35.5% ~ 58.2%.The road reconstruction program is very necessary based on the life cycle cost of the program comparison.
