Research On Application Management Of A High-rise Residential Building Based On BIM Cloud Platform

With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level,the informatization degree of the construction industry is constantly improving,and the BIM technology is gradually applied to the design,construction,operation and other stages.In the past,the digitization is focused on individual models,platforms and plates.It is difficult to communicate with each other,and it is easy to create an island effect.With the introduction of BIM cloud technology,the independent state of each module has been changed,and the information of each model can be realized in real time.As the big data strategy has been promoted to the national level during the 13 th five-year plan to guide the new economy,the BIM technology,which is the basis of data integration,will surely gain more application and promotion.Based on the economic development zone of the horsehead shantytown renovation issue project as the background,lag existed in the work of project management communication,information management complex,BIM technology difficult problems,such as landing,and connecting with the management characteristics of three construction engineering co,is constructed based on BIM technology the coordinated management of a cloud platform,through the platform the BIM technology and quality management,schedule management,cost control,information management,realize the dynamic management of the construction process and the information of the full communication,achieve the goal of the auxiliary construction management and control.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)the application of BIM in construction management is analyzed and the architecture and function of cloud platform based on BIM technology are introduced.(2)economic development zone of the horsehead shantytown renovation issue(west village)on the engineering background,characteristics and management in BIM technology implementation and application in this project,on the basis of building a collaborative management based on BIM technology cloud platform architecture and running mechanism.(3)the coordinated management of cloud platform based on BIM technology is introduced in this engineering quality control,schedule control,cost control and the specific implementation of information management,and analyses theimplementation of the application,preliminary proved based on the collaborative management of project feasibility of BIM cloud platform,kicked the dog for construction enterprises to make better use of BIM technology reference and reference.
