Research On Informationization Construction Of S Company EPC General Contract Project Management

The domestic Internet economy has keep pace with Europe and the United States and other developed countries along with the global economic integration and the rapid development of economy, but the enterprise which business mainly is engineering construction in petrochemical industry, its project management informationization level is still far behind the developed countries. EPC project general contracting management model made the organic combination and intersection of design, procurement and construction, shortening the construction cycle, and also save the cost greatly to form a unique development trend. However, the EPC general contracting project information construction in China is still in the preliminary stage, how to find a following routines according to the characteristics of the EPC general contracting project is a common concern for industry experts at present.In this article, firstly it analyzed the current informationization status, existing problems and reasons in each stage of S company EPC general contract project, and then, according to the needs of users, it applied the information flow analysis method on the basis of fully using the status of application and development of project management informationization systems of the domestic typical engineering company, and carrying out the management method of integrated design as support and the design, construction, procurement, information flow as the main line to propose the strategy for informationization construction of S company EPC general contract project management. Finally, it analyzed the application process of construction strategy, and took Zhongtian Hechuang Project for example to summarize the application achievements and to popularize the precious experiences.
