The rapid development of science and technology,can make people more convenient extension activity space,the use of transport in our country is in the process of aging society gradually speed up,improve the quality of life and expand space become the majority of the elderly Convenient,comfortable old walking became their beloved car instead of walking tool,but through investigation found around the market,the existing old car instead of walking and micro electric range is limited by the larger,more rarely reliably design analysis and simulation,make its driving in complex traffic networks in our country at present,dangerous.Designed a convenient solve these problems,the elderly,elderly electric vehicles and has reliable security has very important practical significance,it can not only makes the elderly travel safer,more can greatly expand the scope of their activities.The main research contents of this subject are as follows:First,determine the overall plan of electric vehicle for old age.Age and with reference to the market most of the walking vehicle electric wheelchair to optimize adjustment,complete the choice of parameters,including cars,drive form,size parameters,the parameters related to the quality of the parts,and use the SolidWorks 3 d modeling.Secondly,In order to make the electric car frame have adequate bearing capacity ANSYS-Workbench is used to carry out stress analysis and material strength verification on the frame of the vehicle.Since SolidWorks and ANSYS-Workbench can establish seamless links,it is possible to establish a constraint relationship with the frame in ANSYS-Workbench and to apply the load solution,and then verify the verification based on the results.Finally,In order to ensure the safe operation of electric vehicle,kinematics simulation of the vehicle is carried out in ADAMS.Introducing the 3d model into ADAMS and set up a set of driving model.By modifying its own tires and the road file parameters,for the elderly in electric vehicle driving cycle simulation,and comparing with simulation results and theoretical calculation results verify the feasibility of the vehicle.
