| In recent years,highway of dangerous chemicals transportation accident to happen from time to tome,frequently in the press,dangerous chemical transportation safety issues related to people’s property security and social stability,has become a social problem of common concern to society.Highway transportation of dangerous chemicals safety caused by various problems have been research institutions and attaches great importance to the highway traffic management departments.The author on the basis of predecessors’ research,the system has studied the domestic and foreign related research,this paper adopts literature method,comparison method,analysis method,the current safety management of dangerous chemicals in our province highway transport problems and their causes are analyzed,through draw lessons from foreign advanced experience of dangerous chemical transportation management,put forward the construction of highway transportation of dangerous chemicals safety management system.The system from the top design,due diligence takes office,security,the road of science and technology management,emergency ability,publicity and education and so on six aspects elaborated the highway transportation of dangerous chemicals safety management system of the concrete practice,make up for the deficiency of the theory,academic practice,is the combination of theory and practice to try once,hope for our province highway dangerous chemical transportation safety management has the certain reference value. |
