Research On The Influence Of VAT On Business Tax Reform On Reinforced Concrete Bridge Construction Cost Management

With the development of economy,the market environment of China’s construction industry is becoming more and more severe.It is of great significance for the construction enterprises to reduce the tax burden after the "camp to increase",which is of great importance to the competitiveness of the construction enterprises and the healthy survival and development.The tax system of our country is gradually improved,and the management,management mode and internal management mechanism of construction enterprises are required.This paper first proposes the research background,expounds on the reinforced concrete bridge in terms of cost management "replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT)" meaning;the project cost management at home and abroad were studied,and analyzed the influence of "replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT)" to produce;introduce the research content and research ideas.Secondly,we introduce the theory knowledge of "camp to increase",and discuss the necessity and feasibility of "camp to increase" in China’s construction industry.The qualitative analysis of the influence of "camping and increasing" on the cost management of bridge engineering is carried out,and the corresponding countermeasures are given.Then,we decompose the specific cost management measures in the cost management system,analyze and get three important indicators of VAT deduction,and then according to the expert survey method,we determine the influencing factors in the cost management process of the construction enterprises after the "camp changed to increase".Finally,according to the basic theory of BP neural network,it is reasonable to predict the project cost management ability by using BP neural network in reinforced concrete bridge project,and a cost management model is established for it.And at the end of the article,make a corresponding summary and prospect."Replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT)" in terms of cost management of construction enterprises has a very big impact,the important influence on the bridgeengineering construction cost management factors by using AHP to determine the influencing factors of cost management model,construction cost management BP neural network model of the reinforced concrete bridge engineering.Therefore,in the process of cost management,strengthening the management of these factors is the focus of future attention for our RC bridge construction enterprises.
