| China has experienced a complex and profound institutional transformation since 1978,facing the development and transformation of the city and space reconstruction.Under this background,urban renewal is implanted with profound economic goals and political objectives,being an important theme of urban development.Urban city renewal not only involves the stock of land material conversion and functional transformation,but also related to the old city Economic and cultural regeneration.Urban planning should be based on the characteristics of urban renewal activities and mechanisms to summarize the scientific forecast and co-ordination arrangements to avoid detours,so that the old city would be steadily developing in the future.Therefore,this paper takes the Nanjing Daxinggong area as a research case,analysising the production process,mechanism and existing problems of regional cultural space by means of the theory of space production and cultural capital.First of all,based on the lack of systematic explanation of spatial production by domestic scholars,this paper explores the relationship between interests,capital and power in cultural space production,and examines the differences between them in different stages of space setting up,development and operation,trying to establish a cultural space production mechanism framework.The third chapter and the fourth chapter take the cultural space of the large palace area as the empirical case.According to the different factors in the production of the different conditions,the five cultural projects are divided into three categories,detailed description of the various production processes,and from the group Interest,power game,capital appreciation point of view of its production mechanism.In the fifth chapter,from the perspective of space users,this paper examines the impact of space production on the whole region from the three aspects of economic development,social vitality and cultural display,and summarizes the problems in the production mechanism.On this basis,the paper makes recommendations for future urban renewal. |
