Study On The Planning Of Medium And Low Voltage Distribution Network In Rudong County

With the development of national economy in our country and the increasing of the household electric appliance,the increasing of the electric load is growing fast.In order to solve the electricity demand,the situation of the power cuts in the national appear constantly.In order to solve the shortage of power,the construction of power plants is increasing.Because of China's attention to the generation of electricity,the power supply is ignored and ignored.The phenomenon of power supply "to send not into,not bottom,with not on" exposed fgully for a very long time.The county-level distribution network planning are not scientific research,and it can not adapt to the growth of the load,the study of distribution network planning remains to be strengthen.This article first to analyze main problems of distribution network.of Rudong.Then according to the quantity of electricity of the history of the planning area and the load data and the future economic development planning of Rudong County,using various methods to predict the total electricity consumption and load of Rudong County,and to be integrated with the load growth of the urban's large business district,residential area,and other large users,and the future development of urban planning,forcast the load by region in the few years.According to the load forecasting results,determine the location and capacity of high voltage substation and verification planning results.Then establish the objective function of distribution network planning.Finally,the proposed method is applied to the urban part 10kV distribution network,which is conducted in the Matlab programming environment Combined with the actual situation in the urban and the planning of the project,the new grid planning scheme and investment estimation are obtained.Finally,the article evaluate and analyse its benefits.After the implementation of the planning project,fhe line contact rate,effective contact rate,the medium voltage line"N-1" through the rate,the line overload rate and so on are all mee the requirements,and it also shortens the power supply radius,and alleviates the pnoblem of long supply radius.
