With the increasing global energy crisis,distributed power technology has become the focus and the key of power system research in the world,and also infiltrate into multiple areas of smart grid development.The key points of smart grid is the development of the distribution network.Due to the large number of DG are accessed to power system,they will lead to many impacts on the operation and planning of the distribution network.In the distribution network planning including DG,there are two aspects in research,one is the layout plan of DG in the distribution network,namely power planning;another aspect is expansion plan of power distribution network considering DG,namely network planning.The access of DG has a great influence on power distribution,power quality and power grid trend,so how to ensure the access location and installed capacity of DG according to the actual operation situation of the distribution network is the key to the safe and stable operation of distribution network.From the point of power planning,this paper studies the location of DG in distribution network.Firstly it introduces the types and characteristics of the DG,and analyzes the influence of distribution network in the aspects of power quality,power supply reliability,power flow and network loss.Secondly,focusing on the investment and loss cost of the planning,the economic model of the location of distributed power supply is established.The objective function of the model is minimizing the investment cost and loss cost,the investment costs include the cost of distribution network line upgrade and operation and maintenance,DG operation and purchase and sale electricity in distribution network,loss cost mainly considering the network line loss.This model not only consider the related equation constraints of power grid flow,but also consider three inequality constraints such as the voltage constraint of the node,the current constraint of the line and the running constraint of the distributed power supply,in order to simplify the calculation,the constraint conditions of these three inequalities are introduced in the form of penalty factors,and the normalized objective function is established.Thirdly,in order to facilitate the optimization of the model,this paper partially improves the genetic operator and operation mode based on the traditional genetic algorithm,so as to improve the optimization efficiency of the algorithm.Finally,it takes Taiyuan distribution network as an case of analysis of examples,it verify the speed ability and validity of the improved genetic algorithm,and then,the design scheme of locating and sizing of DG is obtained.According to the planning scheme can be concluded that,after DG accessing to distribution network,it will further improves the economic efficiency of the distribution network operation,and with the continuous development and progress of related technology,the social and economic benefits of distribution network because of DG will be significantly increased.
