With the increasing growth of container throughput,terminal managers in order to improve the efficiency of loading and unloading and adapt to the environmental protection low carbon energy saving of intelligent requirements,have begun to improve the automation level of container terminal,using highly automatic assemble and handling equipment,including automatic guided vehicle(Automatic Guided,Vehicle,AGV)is a kind of advanced automatic handling equipment.Automated container terminal handling system level has become a bottleneck in improving the efficiency of the terminal operation,how to arrange the automatic guided vehicle(AGV)route and effective scheduling has become terminal managers must solve the problem.This paper studies the background of the current development situation of automatic container terminals,operating procedures,handling equipment scheduling of logistics path of automated container terminal AGV based on reading related literature at home and abroad on the optimization,and effective and reasonable scheduling of the car.By setting up the optimization model of AGV scheduling is based on the shortest operating time,based on the hypothesis of the model and the actual scheduling problem for the principle of optimal scheduling scheme of three kinds of task scheduling and dynamic AGV under various conditions.Finally,in handling the same situation,do the simulation analysis using Netlogo platform,through genetic algorithm,that with the decrease in the number of AGV crane quantity and ratio,the whole operation process of the total operation time decreased,but the average waiting time and waiting rate increased,finally obtains the choice of shore bridge the number of the number and the ratio of AGV to 1:4 for the actual scheduling,the shortest waiting time the conclusion is invalid.
