With the process of the urbanization,the traffic in major cities around the world is becoming more and more crowded.There are many types of public rail transit.Automatic wheel-guided rail system has become one of the typical model of urban public rail transit.With its advantages of good constriction conditions,environmental protecting,high running level and low construction and operation cost,the vehicle of automatic wheel-guided rail system is widely used in the small and medium volume lines.The current automatic wheel-guided vehicle’s bogie structure is complex,it has poor vehicle operation stability and high operation and maintenance costs,which limits its use range.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new type of automatic wheel-guided vehicle.The research team of the author proposes a automatic wheel-guided rail vehicle based on a new dual-axle articulated bogie structure.The main research contents are as follows:(1)To determine the new bogie technical scheme for the vehicle of automatic wheel-guided rail system.Based on the analysis of the vehicle and bogie structure of the current automatic wheel-guided vehicle,propose the structure of the vehicle of the automatic wheel-guided vehicle and the structure of the new double-axle articulated bogie.Determined the marshalling form,route system and main technical parameters.Described the articulation device,central traction device and suspension device of double-axle hinged bogie.(2)Established the dynamic model of the vehicle in the automatic wheel-guided rail system.Analyzed the dynamic characteristics and running mechanism of the vehicle.Established the topological relation model of vehicles.Simplified and assumed the vehicle structure of the automatic wheel-guided vehicle.Established the dynamic simulation model of "3 carriages-4 bogies" train of automatic wheel-guided vehicle by ADAMS.(3)Analyzed the dynamic performance of the vehicle in the automatic wheel-guided rail system.According to the dynamic evaluation standard of the relevant rubber wheel vehicles,proposed a vehicle dynamics evaluation standard suitable for the automatic wheel-guided rail system,which including the evaluation index of curve passing performance,running stability.According to the evaluation index,analyzed the dynamic performance of "3 carriages-4 bogies" train of automatic wheel-guided vehicle.Analyzed the anti-overturning stability,anti-derailment stability and the rolling condition of the vehicle under the failure of the air spring.(4)Optimized the vehicle suspension parameters of the automatic wheel-guided vehicle.Based on the sensitivity analysis of vehicle suspension parameters of the automatic wheel-guided rail system,the most significant suspension parameters which affect the dynamic performance are obtained.Then,optimized the suspension parameters of the vehicle by using NSGA-II.Obtained the suspension parameters with better dynamic performance.
