With the development of economy,people's living standard has been improved.And the demand of cold chain products has become more and more large.The cold chain logistics industry has developed rapidly.However,there exist many shortcomings in cold chain logistics in China.The monotonous traditional cold-chain distribution pattern and the limitations of joint distribution restricted Multi-Temperature Joint Distribution(MTJD)in cold-chain logistics,which led to a series of problems such as high cost and frequent food safety accidents.MTJD will use advanced technology to realize joint distribution of products at different temperatures with several compartments.And then VRP algorithms will be used to find optimal routes,so as to improve service level and customer satisfaction,reduce the total transportation cost and create economic benefits.In this paper,multi-compartment vehicle routing problem(MCVRP)in cold chain logistics is studied,considering different temperature requirements of different products.Firstly,correlation theories about MCVRP and cold chain logistics are introduced.And then on the basis of the model of MCVRP,models about cold chain logistics are established.Models mainly aim at two transportation patterns:one is about "different kinds of products cannot be transported separately",the other is about "different kinds of products can be transported separately".In the models,the vehicle fixed cost,running cost,energy cost and the cost of damage are considered.The energy cost and the cost of damage can be divided into transportation and loading and unloading this two parts both.In order to solve the models,improved genetic algorithm(GA)that contains special coding and decoding was used for the two transportation patterns.Finally examples were calculated by randomly generated node network to optimize the MCVRP in cold chain logistics.On the basis of sensitivity of the vehicle type(product type),supply quantity,the scope of customers' position and fixed costs of vehicles,compare the costs and number of vehicles of different transportation modes,so as to analyze the optimization scale of them.It is improved that the advantages of these two cases compared with the traditional cold chain transportation pattern.Also,the results verified the validity of the model and the algorithm,which has certain practical significance.
