wMPS(workshop Measurement Positioning System)is a kind of distributed largescale measurement system.In this system,the scanning laser surface of transmitter as one of the carriers of the sensing information,is used to be regarded as the ideal plane in photoelectric scanning intersection measurement.The change of laser surface geometric shape in reality has crucial influence in the accuracy of the measurement system.While,some studies show that errors in laser productive process can lead to change the shape of scanning laser surface deviating from ideal plane.The main contents of this paper are about three aspects:1.To get information of scanning laser surface shape change,this paper studies quality analysis of laser surface and a visual shape evaluation method of laser surface which is based on high-precision triaxis rotary table.And real shape of scanning laser surface in large space is evaluated by the method;2.According to shape evaluation result,this paper re-establishes the wMPS linear folding mathematical model of scanning laser surface,which inludes 16 kinds of submodels to adapt to possible shape combination of two independent scanning laser surface in a wMPS transmitter.Specialized to one wMPS transmitter,submodel of scanning laser surface is decided on shape evaluation result of itsself;3.On basis of new model of scanning laser surface,calibration method of relevant parameters and model of wMPS intersection measurement are updated to reduce the systematic error in the original laser surface intersection measurement.To verify the efficacy of shape evaluation method and new models establishes,some expriments are designed.It shows that shape change of scanning laser surface generally exists,and the new wMPS scanning laser surface model has a better effect on fitting the actual laser surface with limited complexity.Intersection measurement model updated helps to improve the measuring accuracy of wMPS.Based on the three aspects introduced above,optimization of measurement model for wMPS is finally achieved.
